Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehousing operations including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing equipment, supplies and materials.
• Understanding safety procedures and compliance standards in warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory control and verification systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipment contents and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Document receipts in eVA and route items to end-user destinations.
• Assist in inventory of fixed assets and tracking in AIS.
• Deliver materials to campuses, handle surplus property removal, and resolve warehouse issues.
