The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for processing all Warehouse and MRO orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate forklifts, hand-trucks, or wagons to load, unload, move, and stage products and materials.
• Lift, push, and/or pull materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment, adhering to safety rules and regulations.
• Perform daily inspections on forklifts and log the information.
• Unload and transport materials/packages safely to staging areas and destinations.
• Pull materials for production, warehouse, and shipping, ensuring proper labeling and timely transport.
• Move products into trailers and use radio frequency equipment for various warehouse functions.
• Input transaction data into SAP for inventory management.
• Receive and stock MRO spare parts, and handle returns appropriately.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, assist with cycle counts, reconcile stock, and participate in inventory audits.
• Work with shipping and receiving documents and perform internal filing.
• Climb ladders to stock shelves and retrieve materials as needed.
• Issue items to authorized personnel and create new store numbers and locations.
• Generate reports from SAP and Excel for various needs.
• Create shipment forms for domestic or export shipping.
• Work independently and as part of a team, embodying our 'Own it Together' value.
• Understand environmental safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certified.
• Experience with SAP, shipping, and receiving.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and SAP.
• Excellent safety record.

Salary Range: LG5 - $18.03 - $28.86 per hour, based on experience.
