Job summary

Spartronics in Utah Logan is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to join our team on 2nd shift. You will receive, store, issue and inventory materials, and help keep production and shipping areas running smoothly.

This non-exempt role offers a 4-day/10-hour week with a $1.50 shift differential and opportunities to grow in a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment. Everyday work is varied, with safety and accuracy at the core.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be U.S. persons within the definition of ITAR, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials per company procedures.
  • Store materials in designated locations and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Pick and issue materials accurately to production or shipping areas.
  • Perform basic inventory transactions using warehouse management systems.
  • Support periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors promptly.
  • Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow.

About the Role

At Spartronics, we are seeking a motivated Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, issuing, and inventorying materials, and ensure accuracy and organization within the warehouse.

Work Schedule
  • 4-day/10-hour work week
  • 2nd Shift:Monday - Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
  • $1.50 Shift Differential
  • Overtime: We aim to limit overtime, but it is a reality in the manufacturing industry.

Requirements
Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements.
  • Must be U.S. persons within the definition of ITAR, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory software systems.
  • Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements / Essential Functions
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and lift materials.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity to identify parts and labels.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
  • Use of standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and carts.
Compensation

This is a non-exempt position. Compensation is determined by work experience in warehouse operations, education, and prior experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
