Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Woodridge, IL. This role involves picking, packing, and shipping products, plus verifying orders and loading/unloading trucks.

You will stock inventory, maintain safety standards, and support other warehouse tasks as needed. The position offers an hourly rate of $18.00 with a 5:30am–2:00pm shift, benefits starting day one, and opportunities for overtime based on workload.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime when required.
• No relocation benefits; candidates within 50-mile radius considered.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; related warehouse experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship products scheduled for outbound delivery.
• Verify product, numbers, and quantities for order accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks/containers and route to storage areas.
• Receive stock and replenish inventory; rotate stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
