Job summary

Profrac is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory orders, shipping/receiving, and document flow in a fast-paced district warehouse. You will supervise clerks, coordinate cross-department activities, and drive accuracy, safety, and efficiency across daily operations.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, inspections, and implementing process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety and confidentiality requirements.

• Operate loading and unloading equipment, hoists and other specialized material handling equipment.
• Operate loaders and other equipment to transport materials to and from transportation vehicles and loading docks and to store and retrieve materials in warehouses
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
