Interstate Moving | Relocation | Logistics in Springfield, VA is seeking a Warehouse Worker to maintain records, communicate with vendors and staff, and manage shipment contents in and out of the facility.
The role requires accuracy, familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), and understanding of company procedures. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
The warehouse worker is responsible for maintaining records, communicating with vendors and staff about warehouse needs and activities, and conveying shipment contents into, within and out of the warehouse.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
