Job Overview

As a Warehouse Specialist in our Round Rock, Texas warehouse, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping all Warehouse and Distribution Center products. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Repair, and other groups to ensure accurate inventory control. You will also assist with proper storage, cleanliness, organization of stock, and record data within the company’s ERP system.

Essential Functions

• Perform daily shipping duties, including receiving, processing orders, and packing to ensure accurate, timely, and damage-free shipments
• Maintain shipping documentation as per policy
• Interface with internal and external clients to resolve shipping issues
• Process warehouse transactions via ERP system with attention to detail
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations
• Perform driving duties as required

Requirements

• Good judgment and ability to resolve complex situations with customers
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
