Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods in Redmond, WA. The role requires hands-on warehouse experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

The position is onsite in Redmond, WA and pays approximately $24 - $26 per hour. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills and be able to lift up to 45 lbs. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is required.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure goods are in sellable condition and match order.
• Picks, Packs and labels product based on established standards.
• Follow established SOPs to ensure consistent and compliant operations.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, including sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and system transactions in SAP/WMS.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation; ensure proper record retention for compliance.
• Perform inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as shipping delays or inventory variances; provide clear feedback and solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with EHS and 5S standards.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations required
• Experience with warehouse systems such as SAP, WMS, or similar platforms preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
• Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work across different levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
