Job summary

ProBio, a GenScript subsidiary, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist in Pennington, NJ to support warehouse raw material and finished goods. You will maintain clear transaction records, receive shipments, process goods receipts, and ensure accurate documentation and GMP-compliant handling.

You will perform routine cycle counts, assist QA with material disposition, and help maintain safe, organized storage while adhering to GMP, GDP, and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse/inventory/logistics experience.
• Ability to train in GMP, GDP, EPA, DEA, DOT and OSHA areas.
• Pick, pack and ship materials per procedures.
• Adhere to safety and GMP requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and documentation discipline.
• Manage multiple shipments and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The position reports to the Sr. Manager of Logistics & Warehouse and will support warehouse raw material and finish products functions. Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and possess good problem-solving skills. It is also expected that warehouse specialist has adequate physical strength to successfully unload shipments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and traceable records of all physical and system transactions to enable quick identification and management of all material movements.
• Receive incoming shipments of non-GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures.
• Processing of Goods receipts to meet or exceed KPIs and to ensure efficient flow of material and timely payment to vendors.
• Ensure the appropriate documentation is reviewed and matches each item received or shipped.
• Inspect all incoming and outbound materials for damage, proper seals and protection as part of acceptance criteria.
• Assist Quality Assurance in the disposition of materials to include application of status indicators and material movement and storage in the appropriate designated areas of the warehouse to prevent cross-contamination and mix-ups.
• Prepare and dispense GMP and Non GMP materials to support production operations.
• Ensure proper procedures and conditions are followed during the transport and delivery of raw materials, samples and finished products.
• Maintain accurate physical and system (SAP, Green Channel. etc) transactional inventory of warehouse materials.
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years WH/inventory/logistics experience.
• Ability train in all areas of the warehouse operations to include applicable GMP, GDP, EPA, DEA, DOT and OSHA training or certifications.
• Pick, pack, and ship finished product, materials, and equipment as required per established policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Actively participate in Safety programs, Quality inspections and Warehouse audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, neat, orderly and inspection ready. Must apply and adhere to Good Housekeeping Practices in a GMP environment.
• Operate in cost conscience manner and suggest process improvements and to reduce waste.
• Work autonomously as well as within a team environment to promote the overall success of the department, organization and its customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently.

Pay range is estimated between $60k - $80k based on skill set and experience.
