Job summary

Socket.dev is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities, including receiving, shipping, and counting inventory. You will work with technicians to ensure parts and equipment are issued, staged, and tracked for scheduled work.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining safety and accuracy. Part-time to full-time with a 5:30 am–2:00 pm shift and starting pay of $20/hr.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete various reports and logs as needed.
• Ensure equipment return procedures are followed.
• Check technician's paperwork to verify all equipment is accounted for before issuing more equipment.
• Complete data entry as required.
• Pull and stage equipment for the scheduled work.
• Complete daily, month end and quarterly counts accurately.
• Place orders as needed to keep warehouse properly stocked.
• Assist Managers as needed.
• Track and address equipment needs.
• Keep warehouse facilities clean and orderly.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities including receiving, shipping, and counting inventory. Works daily with technicians to ensure they have all the needed parts by issuing equipment and staging parts for scheduled work.

Part Time to Full Time

Willing to work a 5:30 am to 2:00 pm shift.

Starting Pay: $20/hr
