As we scale from research and development to full-scale manufacturing, we seek a dedicated and organized Warehouse Specialist to support our Service Center operations.

The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in our Service Center to achieve a highly efficient and effective service operation. Our goal is to always maintain our robot fleet operational and our customers happy. Place orders for parts and supplies, working closely with vendors and our team in Norway to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Pick part orders from inventory to facilitate repairs orders, re-stock work benches and mobile service vehicles.

Ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are available, up to date and ready for use by service technicians.

Organize and distribute parts to service teams, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of parts usage in our systems.

Perform inventory counts and inventory reconciliations.

Collaborate with the service team to anticipate future parts needs based on service schedules, upcoming repairs, and maintenance trends.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technicians and suppliers.

Responsible and proactive in managing resources and ensuring operational efficiency.

Ability to perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

Valid driving license and the ability to drive to various locations as needed.

Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Nice to haves:

Basic understanding of mechanical or electronic systems.
