Job summary

UPL is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Kingstree, SC to perform receiving, stocking, picking, and inventory audits within a cross-functional planning team.

Responsibilities include inspecting inbound shipments, stocking with scanners, and maintaining accurate inventory records while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. 2+ years in warehouses, SAP knowledge, and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in warehouse environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
• Working knowledge of SAP for inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to shift between priorities and work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Pick customer orders accurately and stage for shipping.
• Perform routine cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
• Identify inventory discrepancies, root causes of variances, and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Maintain inventory accountability, material condition integrity, and documentation accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders at the bonded warehouse.
• Communicate and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure procedures are followed.
• Support Kingstree manufacturing and/or logistics activities especially during peak season.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders (procurement, logistics, customer service etc.)at thebonded warehouse
• Communicate and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure policies and procedures are followed and completed
• Support Kingstree manufacturing and/or logistics activites especially during peak season

Required Qualifications

• A minimum high school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in warehouse enviroment
• Minimum 2 years of experienceoperating powered industrial trucks
• Working knowledge of SAP for inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft software suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and writtencommunication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic work environment by shifiting between different priorities, adjusting work schedule and/or working overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience working in warehouse enviroment
• 3+ hands-on experience of SAP for inventory management
