Job summary

UPL in Kingstree, SC seeks a Warehouse Specialist to join our cross-functional team. You will perform receiving, stocking, order picking, and inventory auditing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of shipments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of warehouse experience, and proficiency with SAP inventory management and MS Office. You’ll work with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to uphold policies and support peak-season activity.

Qualifications

  • A minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
  • Working knowledge of SAP for inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment by shifting between priorities, adjusting work schedule and/or working overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock inventory into correct locations using scanners.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and stage for shipping.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies, root causes of inventory variances, and opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Maintain inventory accountability, material condition integrity, and documentation accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders (procurement, logistics, customer service etc.) at the bonded warehouse.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure policies and procedures are followed and completed.
  • Support Kingstree manufacturing and/or logistics activities especially during peak season.

Job Summary
