Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Specialist to join our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role offers variety—while you may operate a forklift from time to time, it’s not the primary focus. If you're someone who takes pride in being hands-on, adaptable, and ready to contribute wherever needed—whether it's shipping, receiving, inventory, or general warehouse support—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts (e.g., sit-down riders) as needed to move pallets and materials.
• Load, unload, and transport goods to designated areas within the warehouse.
• Follow proper stacking and storage procedures to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, labeling, and staging of materials.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records using warehouse management systems.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Participate in training and safety programs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Perform light data entry tasks and basic email communication as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  

Benefits And Compensation (after 90 Days)

• $17.00 per hour.

• Full-Time.
