Job summary

LinkUs Enterprises LLC in Fresno, CA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage daily warehouse and inventory tasks, including receiving, shipping, counting inventory, and staging parts for scheduled work. Works daily with technicians to ensure they have the needed parts by issuing equipment and staging parts for scheduled work.

Part Time to Full Time, with a 5:30 am to 2:00 pm shift. Starting Pay: $20-$22/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and count inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Issue equipment and stage parts for scheduled work.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure availability of needed parts.
• Complete various reports and logs.
• Ensure equipment return procedures are followed.
• Check technician paperwork to verify equipment is accounted for before issuing more.
• Complete data entry as required.
• Pull and stage equipment for scheduled work.
• Maintain daily, month-end and quarterly counts.
• Place orders as needed to keep warehouse stocked.
• Assist Managers as needed.
• Track and address equipment needs.
• Keep warehouse facilities clean and orderly.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Specialist:

• Complete various reports and logs as needed
