Job Title: Warehouse Specialist (Part-time)

Clearance: Public Trust or Secret.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Utilize the Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) to perform the stow, pick, and issue process.
2. Verify materials against receiving documents; research and correct discrepancies; route material to storage locations; store, stack, or palletize material following prescribed methods; select material from ASRS trays and pallets for issuance; manifest material in DSS as required; physically deliver and pick up material at work centers.
3. Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including forklifts (up to 6K), warehouse tractors (4K), and trailers.
4. Use systems like LMP, DSS, HKDB, ESPS, ETIDS, and FEDLOG in work activities.
5. Unload and load shipments, inspect for damages, verify quantities, and check shipments before acceptance.
6. Distribute property per contract, stage and package using appropriate standards, and load onto carrier vehicles.
7. Complete electronic forms within 2 hours after loading, maintaining at least 98% accuracy.
8. Dispose of dunnage and packaging materials weekly.
9. Store property following industry best practices, regulations, and OEM standards.
10. Participate in annual ISO 9001:2015 audits with 98% accuracy, ensuring property is accessible for barcode scanning and returned to original locations.
11. Handle disposal activities upon receipt of DoD DD-1348-1a, including segregation, unpacking, and removal of markings.
12. Retain copies of turn-in forms for disposal actions.
13. Assist in disassembly, removal, and disposal of hazardous materials as designated.
14. Document contents of each vehicle during loading.

Requirements:

1. U.S. citizen or legal resident.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and communicating in English.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team.
5. Experience and proficiency with the latest MS Office Suite.
6. Capable of standing, bending, lifting (up to 60 lbs.), and walking most of the day.
7. Preferred experience in property management and warehouse operations.
8. Ability to learn Property Management Systems.
9. Pass a controlled substance screening test.
