Job Description:

• Operate Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) for stow, pick, and issue processes.
• Verify materials against receiving documents, research discrepancies, and route materials accordingly.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment including forklifts and warehouse tractors.
• Use various systems such as LMP, DSS, HKDB, ESPS, ETIDS, and FEDLOG.
• Unload, load, and inspect shipments for damages, verify quantities, and document accordingly.
• Distribute property, stage and package items, and load onto carriers.
• Complete electronic forms accurately within specified timeframes.
• Participate in audits, manage property storage, and dispose of packaging materials regularly.
• Assist in hazardous materials handling and document vehicle contents during load/disposal.

Minimum Requirements:

• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management systems
• Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 60 lbs.), and walk for extended periods
• Preferred experience in property management and warehouse operations
• Pass controlled substance screening
