Job summary

ServiceSource in Utah seeks a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, and distribution operations. You will verify materials, perform inventory counts, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supporting onsite laundry, packing kits, and assisting logistics for Brigham and Tooele locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify materials against receiving documents and route to storage; report discrepancies; palletize as needed.
• Rearrange and inventory stored materials; report deterioration or loss; prepare items for shipment.
• Conduct physical counts to reconcile with inventory records.
• Provide shipment/receiving documentation to accounting.
• Assist with onsite laundry operations and document daily pounds.
• Back-up for Brigham and Tooele logistical support.
• Assist in kitting: pull items, QA check, palletize, shrink wrap, label.
• Unload/load trucks with forklift as requested; deliver/pickup kits.
• Maintain clean work area; perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties

• Performs a variety of warehousing duties including verifying materials against receiving documents; noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods.
• Rearranges and takes inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration, damage or loss; removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
• Takes physical count on all material to ensure the balance is reconciled with the accounting monetary inventory.
• Provide all documentation for shipments/receiving to accounting for entries into software accounting program.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with onsite laundry operations - receiving/shipping items, document daily pounds to be cleaned by customer.
• Serve as backup for Brigham and Tooele logistical support.
• Assist in kitting operations – pull inventory items to be kitted, quality assurance check of final product before shipping, palletizing completed kits and shrink wrap and label all kits to be shipped.
• Unloading/loading of trucks at dock with forklift as requested.
• Make deliveries and pickups of kitting product if needed.
• Maintain clean office/work area.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s)

• High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Pass and maintain HAFB background security clearance required.
• Pass and maintain a Department of Human Services background clearance required.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
