Job summary

Cumberland Dairy, a DFA member, has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Specialist to perform clerical duties under general supervision. You will process customer orders, support DOT compliance, handle purchase orders in Tabware and JDE, enter sales orders, assist Customer Service, and monitor trailer loading per work orders and shipping schedules.

JOB SUMMARY

Cumberland Dairy has an immediate job opening for a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of clerical duties under general supervision in the warehouse. This position will process orders from customers, support DOT compliances, be responsible for purchase orders in Tabware and JDE, enter sales orders in JDE, provide back up support to Customer Service, and monitor the loading of trailers according to work order specification and shipping schedule among other responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years warehouse or related experience required
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems
• Able to respond courteously and efficiently to inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented
• Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
• Able to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize own work activities
• Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision
