Cumberland Dairy is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of clerical duties in the warehouse. The role includes processing orders, supporting DOT compliance, handling purchase orders in Tabware and JDE, entering sales orders, backing up Customer Service, and overseeing trailer loading per work orders and shipping schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years warehouse or related experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and company systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work accurately with details.
• Flexible hours including overtime, weekends, holidays.
• Must read, speak, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from customers and support DOT compliance.
• Manage purchase orders in Tabware and JDE; enter sales orders in JDE.
• Provide back-up support to Customer Service.
• Monitor trailer loading according to work orders and shipping schedule.
