Job summary

Alliance Ground International in San Francisco is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Sorter to join our team. You will sort and organize goods, ensure accurate inventory, assist with unloading, labeling, and packing, and support smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/sorting/inventory experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize products and inventory in the warehouse.
• Inspect items for quality and ensure proper labeling, packing, and storage.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and placing items in correct storage areas.
• Operate sorting equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Assist in order fulfillment by picking and packing products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisor/manager.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team to improve efficiency.
