Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Warehouse Solutions Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale warehouse infrastructure projects across diverse industries. The role focuses on delivering turnkey solutions, aligning internal teams and vendors to meet schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in project management within warehouse systems, strong communication, and strategic planning abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in Warehouse Solutions such as pallet rack installation/teardown, warehouse system design, material handling equipment.
• Proven experience in project coordination, project budgets, vendor management, and warehouse solutions, including warehouse racking.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, resources, timelines, costs, and project deliverables.
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring they deliver quality services on time.
• Oversee the implementation of warehouse solutions, including pallet racking system installation, rack teardown, permit management, etc.
