Job summary

Dot Foods is seeking a Warehouse Slotting Coordinator to coordinate slotting for new products, deletions, internal moves, and rack changes, ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

You will handle emergency shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and participate in safety programs and HAACP/food safety initiatives. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional nights and weekends, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with Dot Foods.
• Strong leadership, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop, coordinate, and manage changes to completion.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates warehouse slotting for new products, deletions, internal moves, and rack changes.
• Handles emergency shipments (customer outbound shipments not via Dot Transportation/Dispatch).
• Coordinates location inventory, addressing discrepancies and stock losses/gains.
• Conducts weekly warehouse inspections and participates in safety committees and programs as needed.
• Maintains velocity, space utilization, hiring status, and product eligibility/ineligibility reports.
• Contributes to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HAACP) and Food Safety initiatives.
• Applies lean thinking to eliminate waste across the role.
