The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of cost control and inventory management. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or branch operations, with prior leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of safety, inventory management, labor planning, and cost control.
• Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Lead and promote Lean and housekeeping standards.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including shipping and customer service.
• Manage branch inventory and track key metrics.
• Recruit, train, and motivate branch employees.
