Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Site Manager for our new Elmwood Park, IL site. You’ll guide daily operations, coach team members, and foster a safe, respectful environment where people feel like family.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll drive continuous improvement, monitor performance, and build strong relationships with your team and partners. The role runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus).
• Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
