Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. in Elwood, IL, is seeking a Site Manager to guide daily operations, support team development, and foster a safe, respectful environment where everyone feels like family. This hands-on leadership role runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus).
• Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally.
