Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking an On‑Site Warehouse Manager in Elwood, IL to lead daily operations at a new site. You will guide teams, coach staff, and uphold a safe, respectful environment where people feel like family.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and a focus on operational excellence and employee development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus).
• Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally.
