Job summary

Capstone Logistics seeks a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations on a 2nd shift (Tue–Sat). The role requires 3+ years of management in distribution/transportation, budgeting responsibilities, and coaching of warehouse staff.

You will ensure safety, efficiency, and strong service levels for clients, while coordinating with corporate and supervising payroll records. The position offers a competitive salary of $80,000+ per year, bonuses based on performance, and benefits after

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; prepare related management reports.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure associates follow Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings with participant involvement.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for all services; complete daily closeout and payroll records.
