Job summary

Bunzl is hiring a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Aurora, CO. You will lead the Shipping Department team, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and monitor safety and productivity on the floor.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with AS400, and strong Excel/Word skills. The position is on-site with a 2pm start time and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years prior experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Proficient using AS400; strong PC skills in Word and Excel.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

• Provide a professional environment with relation to fellow team members, other department members and external customers.
• Direct the necessary daily activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Organize and focus on improved productivity levels in a manner that stresses effectiveness by improving processes as well as the efficiencies of department team members.
• Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced (i.e. operational, safety, administrative, etc.).
• Maximize quality and productivity by understanding the expectations of the company and assisting the Warehouse Manager in evaluating performance variances in order to identify root cause and corrective action.

Description

The Warehouse Shipping Supervisor | 2nd Shift is responsible for leading and controlling activities of branch warehouse personnel assigned to the Shipping Department. Ensures order selection and related shipping functions are performed in an effective manner. Monitors work processes and environmental conditions to ensure the safety of all employees.

2pm Start Time

• Proficient using the AS400

• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Salary range for this role is $65,000 to $72,000 based on experience, education and geographic location. The annual bonus potential is 10% at target.
