Job summary

Bunzl is hiring a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Aurora, CO. On-site, full-time role with a 2pm start time. You will lead shipping operations, oversee order assembly, and ensure safety and efficiency across the team.

Responsibilities include supervising timely order preparation, coordinating with other departments and customers, enforcing policies, and driving process improvements to boost productivity and quality. English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years prior experience as a warehouse supervisor required.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional environment with relation to fellow team members, other department members and external customers.
• Direct the necessary daily activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Organize and focus on improved productivity levels in a manner that stresses effectiveness by improving processes as well as the efficiencies of department team members.
• Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced (i.e. operational, safety, administrative, etc.).
• Maximize quality and productivity by understanding the expectations of the company and assisting the Warehouse Manager in evaluating performance variances in order to identify root cause and corrective action.

Description

The Warehouse Shipping Supervisor | 2nd Shift is responsible for leading and controlling activities of branch warehouse personnel assigned to the Shipping Department. Ensures order selection and related shipping functions are performed in an effective manner. Monitors work processes and environmental conditions to ensure the safety of all employees.

2pm Start Time

Requirements:

• Possess excellent judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient using the AS400
• Possess strong PC skills in Word and Excel
• Capacity to effectively plan workload and staff assignments
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Salary range for this role is $65,000 to $72,000 based on experience, education and geographic location. The annual bonus potential is 10% at target.
