Job summary

Rosti Group in Sanford, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, storage, and shipping in our facility. You will ensure accurate inventory, proper documentation, and smooth material flow to internal and external customers.

Requirements include at least 3 years in fulfillment or warehouse operations, experience documenting processes, strong leadership and communication, and a valid Driver’s License. ERP systems familiarity and forklift operation are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with fulfillment and warehouse processes.
• Experience in documenting warehouse processes and distribution business requirements.
• Strong leadership and ability to provide training and direction to department staff.
• Excellent communication skills and ability in building relationships with stakeholders and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of goods.
• Oversee material handling process, including receiving and filling orders.
• Lead, train, and provide direction to department staff.
• Work with other supply chain associates to maintain records and processes of shipments and materials.
