Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems and MS Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers to set appointments and update load statuses.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload and manage WMS on the floor.
• Coordinate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve order issues.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.

Ryder is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Romeoville, IL!

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $24.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay $36.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $3.00 per hour when assigned to third shift
• Schedule: 3rd Shift Wednesday 12:00am-6:00am, Thursday - Saturday 6:00pm-6:00am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) Working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
