Job summary

Simpson Race Products in New Braunfels, TX, part of Holley Performance Brands, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Safety & Racing team. You will print, organize, and prepare customer orders, verify shipping information, and support the picking and packing teams to keep orders moving accurately.

The ideal candidate has experience in shipping/warehousing, strong data-entry and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with shipping software, handheld scanners, or inventory systems is preferred.
• Infor SyteLine experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail when reviewing orders and shipping documents.
• Ability to work both independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Print, organize, and prepare customer orders and labels for the picking team.
• Review order information for accuracy and identify special shipping requirements.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other documentation.
• Use shipping software, handheld scanners, and inventory-management systems.
• Coordinate order priorities with warehouse leadership and communicate to teams.
• Assist with picking errors, inventory discrepancies, and replenishment needs.
• Communication with Customer Service regarding order questions and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with carriers to support timely pickups and shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and communicate delays or unresolved issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
