Job summary

FM Expressions seeks a Warehouse Receiving and Inventory Specialist in Secaucus, NJ. Full-time role requiring forklift operation, receiving, organizing incoming materials, inventory maintenance, picking apparel and products, and transporting items safely throughout the facility.

You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and 6S system discipline. Valid forklift certification and prior warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification.
• Prior warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials, products, and inventory throughout the facility.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing warehouse items.
• Receive and organize incoming orders and materials.
• Pick and stage apparel and products according to customer requirements.
• Locate and move inventory to designated storage areas, pallets, or crates.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure products are stored in the appropriate locations.
• Transport materials between the warehouse and different areas of the facility.
• Secure loads properly before transporting materials.
• Inspect products and materials for visible damage, shortages, or quality issues.
• Report damaged products, shortages, discrepancies, or other inventory concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with inventory organization and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Ensure materials are available and properly staged for production and customer orders.
• Follow proper warehouse and material-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clear, safe, and organized work area using FM Expressions' 6S system.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments.
• Help identify and resolve warehouse-related challenges and roadblocks.
• Follow all forklift and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse and production-related duties as assigned.
