All Florida Paper is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Manager for the night shift in the United States. The role oversees overnight shipping operations, leading the night warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded, and dispatched on schedule.

The candidate will drive productivity, safety, and accuracy, coordinating with Routing, Transportation, and Inventory Control. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday; shift starts around 5:30 PM and continues until shipping is complete.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse operations management in high-volume distribution or logistics.
  • Experience using WMS and MS Office applications.
  • OSHA knowledge and safety training preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all night shift shipping operations to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor shipping productivity and labor efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure outbound loads are properly staged, verified, loaded, and secured before departure.
  • Coordinate daily shipping priorities with Routing, Transportation, Inventory Control, and Warehouse Management.
  • Monitor workload and adjust staffing to maximize efficiency during the shift.
  • Enforce policies, safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and warehouse standards.
  • Lead shift meetings communicating goals, productivity, and safety reminders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes and efficiency.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Shipping Manager (Night Shift) oversees all overnight shipping operations to ensure customer orders are accurately selected, staged, loaded, and dispatched on schedule. This position is responsible for leading the night warehouse team, coordinating with routing and warehouse leadership, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvements in productivity, safety, and shipping accuracy. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong organizational and leadership skills who can drive operational efficiency, maintain safety standards, and foster a high‑performing team environment.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday - Full Time

Shift: Approximately 5:30 PM until all shipping operations are complete.

Essential Functions:
  • Supervise and manage all night shift shipping operations to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor shipping productivity and labor efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ensure all outbound loads are properly staged, verified, loaded, and secured before departure.
  • Coordinate daily shipping priorities with Routing, Transportation, Inventory Control, and Warehouse Management.
  • Monitor workload throughout the shift and adjust staffing assignments to maximize efficiency.
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and warehouse operating standards.
  • Conduct regular safety observations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
  • Lead shift meetings to communicate operational goals, productivity expectations, and safety reminders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes, workflow, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with other warehouse operational duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment.
  • Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A background in safety knowledge, including OSHA requirements and emergency training is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, inventory control principles, and best practices in warehouse management.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
