Job summary

NEFCO distributes products from a busy warehouse and relies on accurate pulling, packing, and shipping to customers and other NEFCO facilities. The role reports to the shift Logistics Manager and supports daily order fulfillment with attention to accuracy and safety.

The position requires basic computer skills, the ability to multitask, and effective communication with management and staff. Forklift operation and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with management and branch personnel.
• Positive, hard-working attitude and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a busy warehouse.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with ERP/RF technology are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maximize accuracy and efficiency in pulling, packing and shipping products from the warehouse.
• Verify products against ERP/RF system data.
• Load trucks using forklifts and other equipment.
• Operate forklift safely and according to procedures.
• Ensure correct shipping labels and outbound truck readiness.
• Communicate consistently with management and branch personnel.
