Hawaii Logistics LLC is seeking a Shipping Clerk for the 2nd shift in Hawaii. The role involves verifying outgoing shipments, preparing shipping documents, and recording data such as weight and charges. You will coordinate with representatives to resolve issues and handle additional duties as assigned.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour. The environment includes freezer and various temperature-controlled warehouses, plus office

Qualifications

• Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.
• Experience with grocery selection is a plus.

Position Overview

As a Shipping Clerk, you will verify and keep records on outgoing shipments. This is a 2nd shift position starting from 1pm to 930pm Monday thrthrough Friday . The starting rate is $22.00 per hour.

Job Description

• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products
• Record shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accouting, and record keeping purposes
• Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non-conformance to specifications.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Specialized Knowledge : Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Special Skills : Prefer candidates with experience in grocery selection. Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.
