Job summary

Hawaii Logistics, LLC in Kapolei, Hawaii is seeking a Shipping Clerk for the 2nd shift from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role starts at $22.00 per hour and includes benefits from day 1.

You will prepare shipping documents, log shipment details, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with pallet jacks and grocery selection is preferred.

Qualifications

• Attendance and general education credentials (GED/HS diploma).
• At least 0–2 years of warehouse experience; six months preferred.
• Pallet Jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products.
• Record shipping data (weight, charges, space, damages) for reporting and records.
• Confer with establishment representatives to rectify problems (damage/non-conformance).
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview As a Shipping Clerk, you will verify and keep records on outgoing shipments. This is a 2nd shift position starting from 1pm to 930pm Monday thrthrough Friday . The starting rate is $22.00 per hour.

Job Description

• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products
• Record shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accouting, and record keeping purposes
• Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non-conformance to specifications.
• Other duties as assigned
• Travel Required:No
• Environment Warehouse : Freezer (-20F to 0F)
• Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)
• Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)
• Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
• Skills Specialized Knowledge : Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Special Skills : Prefer candidates with experience in grocery selection.
• Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.
• Physical abilities: : Other: : Years Of Experience 0-2 : At least six months of warehouse experience. Pallet Jack experience preferred.
