Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring a Warehouse / Shipping Clerk in Johnson City, TN. This full-time, temp-to-hire role focuses on preparing shipments, generating packing slips, bills of lading, and export documents to support order fulfillment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; data entry and clerical experience; and familiarity with JD Edwards or other MR P systems. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Data entry and clerical experience required.
• Experience with JD Edwards or other MRP systems preferred.
• Shipping, export, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach.

Responsibilities

• Create bills of lading, packing slips, customs invoices, and other export documents using templates and Global Wizard.
• Prepare, package, label, and process warehouse orders for shipment.
• Gather parts and organize pick slips by shipping priority.
• Create advance shipping notices and ship-confirm customer orders.
• Email shipping documents for record retention.
• Operate printer, copier, and scanner equipment.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
