Job summary

ResourceMFG is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate for a facility in Lenoir City, TN. The role involves picking/packing, loading/unloading, scanning items, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Pay is $18.00 per hour, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM. This Temp-to-Hire position offers an entry-level path into a warehouse environment requiring reliability and detail-oriented work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack parts for customer orders
• Load and unload trailers
• Sort, stage, and organize products for shipment
• Scan products using a warehouse management system
• Repackage and relabel products as needed
• Place parts in racks and designated storage locations
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy
• Identify and report damaged products
• Maintain inventory records and warehouse organization
