Job summary

The Vincit Group in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate responsible for fulfilling PPE orders from internal and external clients, maintaining inventory levels, and replenishing stock as needed. The ideal candidate will have data entry experience and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities include receiving and warehousing new inventory, counting and restocking, selecting cost-effective carriers, closing orders in MAS LtL, creating backorders, coordinating carrier

Qualifications

• Data entry experience and attention to detail required.
• Effective communication and strong time management skills.
• High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent preferred.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, both inside and outside of the building.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for fulfilling PPE orders from internal and external clients. Maintaining inventory levels and determining when these levels need to be replenished is also a major function of the position. This position is responsible for receiving and warehousing new inventory as it arrives, and keeping the warehouse organized in general. The ideal candidate will have experience inputting data and will be detailed oriented.

Education

Required: High School Diploma

Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience

Required: 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience

Preferred: 3+ years of experience working in a shipping or receiving role in the chemical industry

Required: Ability to communicate effectively, strong organizational and time management skills
