Job summary

Melaleuca in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking Shipping/Distribution Team Members to join a fast-paced operation. You'll perform picking, packing and shipping tasks, with emphasis on accuracy and safety. Starting pay is $14.40 per hour, with eligibility for longevity bonuses and profit sharing after probation.

This role offers a clean indoor environment and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include order selection, visual inspection for accuracy, and packaging products for shipment.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Able to perform basic math tasks (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality.
