Job summary

Ryder in Hazelwood, Missouri is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join a team focused on accurate inbound and outbound processing in a clean, safe facility.

You will check drivers, assign dock doors, verify shipping docs, and coordinate loads; prior SAP and WMS experience required; pay is $22.50 hourly plus $1.50 shift pay; full benefits after 30 days; PTO after 1st year; weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build professional relationships and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out truck drivers and assign dock doors as directed.
• Verify shipping/receiving documents and coordinate with inventory.
• Assist in appointment scheduling and update reports timely.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound loads and communicate with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $22.50 per hour
• Shift Pay: $1.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 1:00am. Overtime available & dependent on business needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to:

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
• Update required reports on a timely basis
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Perform other duties as assigned
