ASC in Longview, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Shipper and Receiver to manage shipments of vape products, gummies, and related items, ensuring accurate inventory and smooth warehouse flow.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work with shipping systems, forklift/hand truck operation, and collaboration with purchasing, production, and sales to resolve delays and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Shipping: prepare and package outgoing shipments and generate labels and packing lists.
• Receiving: unload, inspect, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Inventory management: maintain records and conduct counts and audits.
• Documentation: maintain logs and prepare reports per policies.
• Communication: coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales teams.
• Safety: follow PPE rules and operate equipment safely; handle hazardous materials if applicable.
