Job summary

Accredo Packaging, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Shipper to manage inbound and outbound shipments and maintain inventory records. You will operate material handling equipment and support daily warehouse logistics to ensure on-time production and distribution.

Qualifications include experience in a high-volume warehouse, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail. The role requires cross-training across distribution functions and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment is preferred.
• Certified to safely operate stand-up counterbalance forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and roll clamp attachments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile inventory numbers and solve basic logistics issues.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and complete routine shipping documentation.
• Strong team-player attitude with willingness to cross-train in other logistics functions.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and label shipments according to the Shipping Schedule.
• Safely load/unload inbound and outbound freight; inspect for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with monthly inventory counts.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and initiate replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with the Shipping Lead or Warehouse Manager to complete daily tasks.
