Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 0–6 months of experience in shipping or warehouse roles
• Basic computer skills for inventory/shipping software
• Attention to detail for order verification and labeling
• Ability to operate pallet jack or forklift if required
• Familiarity with shipping documents and procedures

Responsibilities

• Locate items in warehouse and prepare them for shipping
• Verify order accuracy and ensure correct products are sent
• Record shortages and reject damaged goods
• File end-of-day shipping documents
• Notify management of discrepancies or unavailability
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports
• Operate pallet jack and transport products
• Visually inspect products and labels
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with company policies and standards
