Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Hagerstown, MD. The role runs Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm, with occasional Fridays. Pay is weekly at $720–$800.

Training is available for the right candidate and there is potential for growth within the company. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and general site duties as directed by leadership. Prior warehouse experience helps, but training is provided.

Experience with Sit down, Stand up, single, double, center rider, or Electric Pallet Jack preferred but not required

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
