Job summary

UPS is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups to high standards of accuracy, customer service, and teamwork.

You will build strong relationships with employees, management, and customers, coordinate training, ensure compliance with safety policies, and optimize resources for maximum output and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed in all activities.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and inter-department cooperation.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provides orientation, training, evaluation, and coaching for staff.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies at all times.
