Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift at our Logistics Center in Ohio. You will coach and develop the team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals, while partnering with cross‑functional teams to implement continuous improvement.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervision, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong leadership and safety focus, and proficiency with MS Office. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience supervising others.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Foundational Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift meetings to align the team on priorities and expectations.
• Coach and develop team to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Support inventory control and participate in audits to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee timekeeping and attendance and ensure payroll compliance.
