Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in Ocala, FL is hiring for a Freight Loader & Unloader with performance-based earnings. This full-time, on-site role offers weekly schedules rotating Sunday–Wednesday with 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts.

Produce-driven pay rewards speed and accuracy, with daily earnings around $200–$250 and hourly wages from $16 to $25+. Responsibilities include loading trailers, unloading freight, scanning items, and keeping work areas safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Physically capable of a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trailers safely, transferring cartons by hand from conveyor lines.
• Scan freight with handheld RF scanners for tracking.
• Move rolling cages and stack freight securely for efficiency.
• Unload inbound freight and place it onto conveyors, maintaining safety.
